Family owned and operated, Jeff and Valerie Pettit, professional trainers and former competitors, wanted to create a friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome to come and achieve their health and fitness goals.  Providing  a clean, never intimidating atmosphere and the latest in health and fitness is reflected by the longevity of our members.
